NZ Series Side Channel Pumps for Inflow operation

FAS NZ, PN 25 type pumps for LPG filling stations. Side channel pumps are particularly useful in applications with high discharge.

Self-priming horizontal side channel pump capable of conveying liquids containing gases. Built in a sectional box with open impellers as well as a centrifugal stage upstream of the combined system to achieve favorable holding pressure levels (NPSH). Direction of rotation to the left, horizontal suction nozzle and vertical pressure nozzle upwards. Flange connection (DIN EN 1092-1), suction and delivery body in spheroidal graphite cast iron GGG 40.3 / EN-GJS-400-18, pump stages in GG 25 / EN-GJL-250.

Side channel pump unit comprising:

Pump with three-phase motor Ex 230/400 V, from 3.6 kW 400/690 V, 50 Hz, explosion protection marking: Ex II 2G Ex e II T1-3 Gb, speed 1500 min. Completely built on a steel plate, mounted, ready to be patched and painted.

Side channel pumps for filling stations are available in the following versions:

  • Pump with free shaft end with single mechanical seal. 

  • Pumping unit with Ex motor, single mechanical seal, coupling and coupling protection, completely mounted on a base plate.

  • Pumping unit with Ex motor, with magnetic coupling (without base plate).
