Blackmer Vane Pumps HXLJ Series

Using the unique design of Blackmer sliding vanes, these Heavy Duty Line positive displacement rotary pumps offer the best combined features of high level performance, energy efficiency, operation and low maintenance cost.

The HXLJ8 has jacketed heads for high viscosity and high temperature applications. Pedestal mounted units with commercial gear reducers are available for all HXL models.

 

This model is equipped with replaceable body liners and end discs that allow the pump to be easily rebuilt, without removing it from the piping. The jacketed model is available with 8 inch ANSI flanged ports and a maximum flow rating of 1190 gpm (4505 L / min). Standard elastomers include FKM O-rings. Optional bolt-on relief valves, designed to protect the pump from excessive pressure, are available for all sizes.
